Acceptable Use Policy

By uploading anything or starting a generation you agree to this policy. It is part of our Terms of Service.

Music you may use

• Songs you wrote and recorded
• Songs you have a license or permission to use this way
• Songs you generated with an AI music service, if that service's terms allow it

Do not upload a commercial release you do not hold rights to, and do not use ClipBeat to make unofficial videos for another artist's song.

Not allowed

• Adult content. No nudity, sexual content or sexualized depiction of anyone.
• Anything sexualizing or endangering minors. We report this to the authorities.
• Real people without consent. No public figures or famous singers, and no private people who have not agreed. Do not describe real people by name in prompts.
• Imitating artists. No prompts asking to sound or look like a named artist, and no fake official videos.
• Deception. No fake news, fake endorsements, or material presented as real footage of real events.
• Hate, harassment and violence. No content that attacks people for who they are, threatens anyone, or glorifies serious violence.
• Illegal content of any kind.
• Abuse of the service. No scraping, automated account creation, or attempts to get around limits, payment or safety checks.

How we enforce this

Prompts and lyrics are checked before generation, and our model providers run their own safety checks. Blocked shots return their credits. We may remove content, close accounts and report serious violations. To report something, see our Contact page.
