ClipBeat is run by the ClipBeat Team, which runs clipbeat.ai and is responsible for the personal data described here.

What we collect

• Account details: email, name, and sign-in information
• Payment records: orders and subscription status. Card details are handled by our payment provider, and we do not see them
• What you submit: songs, lyrics, prompts and images
• What we produce: storyboards, generated images, video clips, songs and finished videos
• Usage and device data: pages visited, IP address, browser type, and error logs

Browser tools

The music visualizer and MP3 to video tools work entirely in your browser, so your audio is not uploaded. The lyric video maker uploads your song only if you choose automatic sync. Otherwise it also stays in your browser.

Why we use it

To run the service and deliver what you ask for, to process payments and credits, to prevent abuse, to provide support, and to understand and improve how the product is used. We do not sell your data, and we do not train AI models on your songs, lyrics or videos.

Who receives it

• AI model providers: prompts and generated frames are sent to generate images, video and music, through a routing provider
• AI text provider: lyrics and your description may be sent to write the storyboard and lyrics
• Cloud hosting and storage: Cloudflare runs the site and stores your files
• Media processing: our processing server receives your song to find beats, time lyrics and assemble videos
• Payments: Stripe processes payments
• Email: our email provider sends account and service messages
• Analytics: Google Analytics, Plausible and Microsoft Clarity help us understand site use

These providers process data under their own terms and may be located outside your country.

How long we keep it

Songs, projects and generated videos are kept while your account is active so you can return to them. Ask us and we will delete them. Account and payment records are kept as long as needed for the service and as the law requires. Logs are deleted on a rolling basis.

Your choices and rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing support@clipbeat.ai. Depending on where you live you may have further rights, including objecting to some uses or complaining to a regulator.

ClipBeat is not for anyone under 18.
