Email support@clipbeat.ai. For a billing question, include the email on your account and your order number. For a problem with a video, include the link to the project.

Copyright and takedown requests

If you believe a video or song on ClipBeat infringes your rights, email support@clipbeat.ai with the subject "Copyright notice" and include:

• Your name and how to contact you
• The work you believe is infringed, and how you hold rights to it
• The link or details that let us find the material
• A statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorized, and that your notice is accurate

We act on valid notices and may remove material and suspend repeat offenders. If your material was removed by mistake, reply to the notice with your explanation.

Likeness and safety reports

To report content showing you or someone else without consent, or anything involving a minor, email the same address with the subject "Safety report". These are handled first.
