Terms of Service

These Terms are an agreement between you and the ClipBeat Team, which runs clipbeat.ai. By using ClipBeat you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use the service.

The service

ClipBeat generates music videos and songs with AI models from third-party providers, and offers browser tools for visualizers, lyric videos and audio-to-video conversion. We may change or remove features, models and limits. AI results vary between runs and are not guaranteed to match what you imagined.

Accounts

You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live. Give accurate details and keep your login safe. You are responsible for what happens under your account. One free credit grant per person; creating accounts to collect it again may end those accounts.

Credits and payment

Generation is paid in credits. Prices are shown before you start. Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred, and expire as shown at purchase. Monthly plans renew until cancelled. Our Refund Policy explains failed generation and refunds.

Your music and input

You keep your rights to what you upload, including songs, lyrics, images and prompts. You confirm that you own this material or have permission to use it this way, including from any label, publisher, co-writer or AI music service whose terms apply. You give us a limited license to store and process it, and to send it to our providers, only to run the service for you. We do not train AI models on it.

Generated content

Subject to these Terms and our providers' terms, you may use videos and songs made with paid credits, including commercially, as long as you hold the rights to any song you supplied. Previews and content made with free credits are for personal, non-commercial use.

We do not promise that generated content is unique, protectable by copyright in your country, or accepted by any distributor, platform or content identification system. AI output can resemble existing works, and you are responsible for checking it before you publish or monetize it.

Acceptable use

Our Acceptable Use Policy is part of these Terms. We may block, remove or report content that breaks it, and suspend accounts without refund for serious or repeated violations.

Copyright complaints

We respond to valid notices sent as described on our Contact page, and we end the accounts of repeat infringers.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties, and our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost profits or content. Keep your own copies: stored files can be deleted when an account closes.

Indemnity

You agree to cover claims and costs arising from your uploads or your use of generated content in breach of these Terms, including claims from rights holders.

Termination

You can stop using ClipBeat at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms. Unused credits are lost when an account is closed for a violation.

Changes

We may update these Terms. The date above shows the latest version, and continued use after a change means you accept it.
